An intro session at €10 instead of free: the people who really wanted to come, come. If three stay on, the evening was a win.

Turrón workshop in December, a tasting at harvest time, a night walk during the town festival. One date, fixed spots, all paid.
A plan between two local businesses
Yoga + brunch on Sunday. One of you posts it and gets paid; how you split it is up to you.
Open your club to non-members
An open session at €5. Whoever comes back twice asks about membership.

A social for people coming solo: the group is already chatting in the plan's chat before they arrive.
Free activity, knowing who's coming
A talk or open day: people sign up and you see by name who's coming. Free plans have no commission.
Posting is free. You get your full price.

- To get paid you need a Stripe account: it's free and you connect it from the app just once.

Compare it with what you do today
You take payment by Bizum (Spain’s instant bank transfer) or in cash, commission-free, but with gaps and no-shows. An empty €12 spot costs you €12. On Vibeelo that spot is already paid.
If the commission changes, we'll notify you in writing at least 15 days in advance.

Why we're doing this
There are neighbourhoods that pull down the shutters at eight and towns where nothing happens on weekdays anymore. It's not a lack of interest: it's not knowing what's on, where and with whom.
We're building Vibeelo to give neighbourhoods and towns back their activity and their life. So people meet again in the street, at their usual bar, at the workshop next door. And so the people who make it happen, you, can make a living from it.

We're not a multinational or an agency. We're four partners who've teamed up for this, and we want to do it with local businesses.
We haven't launched yet, so we won't tell you how many users we have. That's why we're coming to you before, not after.
Questions we get asked.
Posting is free, with no fees or lock-in. On paid plans, you set your price and get it in full. Vibeelo's commission and the payment fee are paid by whoever signs up, on top of your price. Free plans have no commission.
Whoever signs up pays right then. The money goes into your Stripe account, which is yours, not ours, and Stripe pays it out to your bank on its usual schedule. Vibeelo never holds anyone's money.
A Stripe account, the payment platform we use. It's free and you create it from the app itself in a few minutes, with your DNI or CIF and your bank account (IBAN). You only do it once. If you only post free plans, you don't need it.
Nobody yet: we're launching now, and we'd rather be upfront about it. The businesses that are in from day one will be the ones people see when they start looking for things to do.
Whoever signs up has already paid. We agree the cancellation policy with you when we get you set up.
You don't pay anything. We suggest starting with one or two plans and seeing what happens.
For now, yes: each date is a plan, and we don't have class passes. That's why we don't suggest putting your whole schedule on it: post the class that's hardest to fill or your Saturday workshop, and keep your own system for your regular students.
No. On Instagram you're seen by people who already follow you. Vibeelo is for people looking for something to do this week who don't know you exist.
If you regularly charge for your plans, you'd normally be registered as self-employed (autónomo) or have a company. You're the seller and you invoice your customer; Vibeelo doesn't invoice on your behalf. By law (DAC7), apps like Vibeelo must report to the tax authorities who earns money through them and how much, so before you get paid we'll ask for your tax ID (NIF) and address. If in doubt, ask your accountant.
No lock-in or exclusivity: if it doesn't work for you, you can leave whenever you like. We're a registered company (our details are in the legal notice) and the customers who buy from you are yours.
