For city councils, council departments and cultural centres
Vibeelo is the app where people find things to do nearby. You post your activities for free, residents sign up with one tap, and after each one you get a report on who came.
Four steps. No cost, no contract.

This is how your activity will look: photo, time, place and spots.
Real screenshots of the app with sample plans.
Choose what you organise. These are examples, not real towns: we haven't launched yet.
You are
The culture department of a town of 8,000 people. Outdoor summer cinema in the cultural centre's courtyard on Thursdays in July, 50 chairs.
Today's problem
"We announce it on the notice board and on Facebook, and the usual crowd comes. Some Thursdays there are chairs to spare and others not enough."
With Vibeelo
You post each screening with its 50 spots, for free. Residents sign up from their phones.

«Guessing the chairs? With the list in front of you.»
At a glance.
The town, the surrounding villages, and those who moved away but still follow their hometown's events from their phone.
Spots, names and capacity before you start. Chairs, materials and safety planned with data, not guesswork.
Who came: age, gender and whether they're local or from elsewhere. In charts, ready for the annual report.
Measurable results for internal reports, grants, the council meeting or the department. What you do, proven.
The report
Aggregated, anonymous data on each activity's audience, in charts. To plan better and to show what you do.

Vibeelo works where audiences don't usually reach. And where they already do, it tells you who they are.
We bring audiences to those activities that just won't fill up.
The book club, the Tuesday workshop, the Thursday talk. Try it first on the hard ones.
They don't read notices or follow the council's page. They're on their phones, looking for things to do.
People who've just moved in don't know what goes on. On Vibeelo they see it and sign up.
Your activities reach people who live nearby. A concert can fill up with people from across the whole area.
Festivals, fairs and activities that already work: now with data on who's coming.
Every event with its report: how many people, where they're from and what age.
Trails, late-night openings and in-store workshops. You know how many people you draw, and who.
Create the "[Your town] Events" community, for free, and post everything you organise inside it.
People living elsewhere follow their hometown's events and come back for the festival. Now you know how many return.
If we ever offer paid services for institutions, they will go through the appropriate public procurement channels.
Let's start small
We're not asking you to change how you work. We suggest trying just one thing:
Why we're doing this
There are neighbourhoods that pull down the shutters at eight and towns where nothing happens on weekdays anymore. It's not a lack of interest: it's not knowing what's on, where and with whom.
We're building Vibeelo to give neighbourhoods and towns back their activity and their life. So people meet again in the street, at their usual bar, at the workshop next door. And so the people who make it happen, you, can make a living from it.
Life is for living. Don't stay at home. Live it with Vibeelo.
We measure success in plans lived, not in likes or screen time.
The shop next door, the neighbourhood association, the town club. The city as a community, not a backdrop.
You set the price and keep all of it. We only grow if you grow.
We say what we do and what we don't do yet. That's why we don't promise you crowds: we're here to build them with you.

Product and strategy
Has a plan for everything. And a backup plan.
We're not a multinational or an agency. We're four partners who've teamed up for this, and we want to do it with local businesses.
We haven't launched yet, so we won't tell you how many users we have. That's why we're coming to you before, not after.
And we know this doesn't happen on its own: it happens with those who already bring the town to life. With you.
Nothing. Posting activities is free and free activities have no commission. There's no contract or public tender: it's a partnership.
No. To get started, you just create the account for the council or cultural centre and post. If there were ever a paid service, it would go through the appropriate public procurement channels.
Nobody yet: we're launching now, and we'd rather be upfront about it. That's why we suggest starting with just one activity and seeing what happens.
Each resident creates their own Vibeelo account and accepts its terms. For your activity you see the same as any organiser: the first name and last-name initial of whoever signs up. The audience report is aggregated, anonymous data: we never pass on anyone's personal data to you.
No. Vibeelo is for over-18s only. It suits adult programming: culture, festivals, sport, local commerce, training.
For now, you keep charging it as usual. Vibeelo helps you give it visibility and know who's coming.
Yes. You write the text of each activity yourselves, in whatever language you like.
Each association can create its own account and post its activities: for free if they're free, and charging in the app if there's an entry fee. You can help them get started.
How many people signed up and their profile: age, gender and whether they're from the town or elsewhere, in charts. It's aggregated, anonymous data, ready for the annual report, grant justification or the council meeting.
Not yet. Residents can use it from their phone's browser, and we'll help you spread the word.
No strings attached. We'll call you, choose an activity and try it together.
